I wanted to find a friendly local team for my 7 year old son to participate in. The team at Ultimate Coaching went out of their way to make my son feel welcome and integrate with the other players. We were delighted to appoint Ultimate Coaching as the Director of Football. There were a number of objectives that as a Club we set the Ultimate team to assist with and together this has been collectively achieved. These being producing a training syllabus that aligns us with the FA Future Game model, mentoring our coaches and assisting with sessions right through the club (Under 5 to Under 17) and engaging with local schools to promote the evolution of girls football within the Club. Delivery of all sessions is always age appropriate, fun and challenging, regardless of a players ability. Ultimate Coaching planned and delivered a highly interactive training session for KS1 and KS2 staff on cricket, rounders and athletics skills. It was pacey and informative and they provided accompanying notes so that staff could concentrate on how the activities worked practically with a class. We thoroughly enjoyed the session and are now building a great bank of fun, easy to use resources with clear differentiation and ideas for children to take charge of their own learning in PE. First class coaching for junior footballers. Ultimate have worked in collaboration with Oxshott Royals for the past few years as well as running their own academy training and summer camps which my son has regularly enjoyed. I can’t rate Ultimate Coaching enough, they provided a brilliant service and my son ‘had the best party ever’ (in his own words). The men that ran the party were so good with the children and everyone got involved. It gave me a chance to really stand back and watch the children enjoy themselves, as party’s I’ve held in the past just consisted of me rushing about and feeling like I missed seeing my son enjoy himself. Lots of the children came away saying they wanted the same party for their birthdays which I think speaks volumes! Also the communication with booking the party was great, I was given plenty of information and kept up to date with the booking.
