Oxshott Royals Youth FC are very happy to highly recommend the services of Ultimate Coaching. Scott Rimmer and his highly qualified team of coaches have been providing quality coaching to Oxshott Royals 40+ teams for five years. Starting with Scott, the whole coaching team have a thoroughly professional approach and are very reliable and punctual, well organised, well turned out, well equipped and communicate well with both the children and with me and the Club Committee to let us know how things are going. Their sessions are well structured, progressive, fun and yet challenging for older children too, and their coaches have the ability to keep control in a relaxed way. Through their passion for football and the development of children, Ultimate Coaching have been closely associated with the development of our Coaching Syllabus which is aligned with FA Youth policy and “Future Game” approach. This is delivered weekly to our teams. On behalf of the 600 boys and girls who you coach at our Club, from our U5 “Mini-Kickers” to our U18’s we have been delighted with all aspects of Ultimate Coaching’s support and we look forward to continuing our partnership with them.Mr Ian Sims, Chairman – Oxshott Royals F.C.
"Ultimate Coaching do a fantastic job supporting young players and clubs with professional coaching. The coaches are very professional and make sure the players have fun whilst learning. I am a big fan of teaching young players the correct techniques to allow our future players opportunity to reach their potential. Ultimate Coaching achieve this”.John Terry, Chelsea F.C & Ex England Captain
I have worked with Ultimate Coaching on numerous occasions and I am very impressed with the quality they provide. I believe that young players should be given the best opportunity to improve skill, ball mastery and technique at an early age. These guys have a dedication to helping children develop into fine footballers, and the coaching philosophy that is introduced gives kids every chance if becoming excellent players,Dan Magness – World Champion Football Freestyle Artist (6 x World Records)
“We had the opportunity to send our son on an exclusive football experience in Greece this summer, and it was a massive success. The coaching was excellent, and my son developed a better understanding of the game whilst partaking in a fun, well supervised holiday environment.”Ciaran Bird – Parent (Surrey)
We were delighted to appoint Ultimate Coaching as the Director of Football. There were a number of objectives that as a Club we set the Ultimate team to assist with and together this has been collectively achieved. These being producing a training syllabus that aligns us with the FA Future Game model, mentoring our coaches and assisting with sessions right through the club (Under 5 to Under 17) and engaging with local schools to promote the evolution of girls football within the Club. Delivery of all sessions is always age appropriate, fun and challenging, regardless of a players ability. Through their involvement at grass roots level football i.e. under 5’s, in the last few seasons we have seen a notable difference in the ability of our teams. All near on 300 members of the Club, have benefited from the knowledge, enthusiasm and professionalism that the Ultimate team demonstrate and deliver on a weekly basisPaul Robinson – Chairman Byfleet Village FC
Ultimate Coaching planned and delivered a highly interactive training session for KS1 and KS2 staff on cricket, rounders and athletics skills. It was pacey and informative and they provided accompanying notes so that staff could concentrate on how the activities worked practically with a class. We thoroughly enjoyed the session and are now building a great bank of fun, easy to use resources with clear differentiation and ideas for children to take charge of their own learning in PE.Vicky Line PE Coordinator – Eastwick Junior School
We are passionate and motivated to making the difference, and allowing all children to be the best they can be in their chosen sport. We value the importance of providing enriched opportunities that inspire and motivate both boys and girls, providing both intermediate & advanced learners pathways into broader participation, club or academy environments and future employability.
